Bali,
“The island of the Gods” has always been a fascinating
place to live. People from across the continent visits Bali,
and finally even recites in the tropical Island.
From
the rice terraces, volcanic mountain, serene lakes, ancient
Hindu temples, to amazing beaches Bali has it all. It is one
place in the world whose way of living remain nearly the same
as it was. The Balinese are strong believer of Hinduism, therefore
captivating ceremonies and Hindu celebration are something
not to be missed.
When
we first came and recite in Bali our lens travels miles around
the island, capturing the never ending visual journey of Bali
and everything within. Time after time we wanted to share
our visual journey to fellow photo enthusiasts, which we know
for sure that there are a bundle of them in Bali, but where
are they?
Now
with the existence of Obscura studio & gallery, we hope
that fellow photographers, and photo hobbyist out there can
all have a point of reference, a place where everyone can
come into for infos regarding photographic suppliers, places
of interest, or simply to share thoughts and aspirations amongst
each other whilst living and photographing in Bali.
